With over 50 years of combined business and leadership experience, our team has walked with executives, nonprofit founders, pastors, and team leads across sectors and continents. Meet the Team
Dave Berkey
Dave, along with his wife, Jenny, started their own business in 1990—successfully running it until they sold it in 2024. He is incredibly passionate about helping leaders lead in their God-given gifting and loves to engage entire teams in workshops.
Dave is certified in Working Genius, iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram, and The Maxwell DISC Method and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member (Speaking, Training, and Coaching). He has also completed the Coaching Training Intensive from the CaPP institute and will be a Certified Personal and Executive Coach by June 2026.
Jenny Berkey
Jenny worked alongside her husband Dave as they ran their business—until they sold it in 2024. She's passionate about caring for people's emotional and spiritual needs, often preferring one-on-one settings that allow her to go deeper.
Jenny is certified in iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram and is finishing her certification as a spiritual director through Soul Shepherding.
Andrew Berkey
Andrew started his career at the Boys and Girls club and has since assistant managed a hotel and now runs an HR team at a machining company. His vast array of experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to the table—whether in workshops or one-on-one coaching.
Andrew is certified in The Maxwell DISC Method and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member.
Kate (Berkey) Shumate
Kate has spent the last 10 years in the nonprofit world—serving both on the ground and in behind the scenes work. She's passionate about helping organizations clarify their message using the StoryBrand framework so they can have greater impact in the world.
Kate is a StoryBrand Certified Guide and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member.
