Workshop FAQ
How long is a typical workshop?
We recommend setting aside at least a half day for a workshop. We’ve seen the best results from teams when they engage in a full day workshop.
How much does a workshop cost?
Each workshop is unique to the client. However, half-day workshops start at $1,000 (plus the cost of assessments) and full-day workshops start at $2,000 (plus the cost of assessments).
What kinds of topics do you teach in your workshops?
Each workshop is tailored to the client—the needs they have, the challenges they face, and the areas they want to grow. Our team has curated over 40 workshop topics ranging from ideas like: Thriving Through Collaborative Conflict, the Five Levels of Leadership, Situational Leadership, and much more.
What can I expect during a workshop?
Tell your team to forget every mandatory training they’ve ever done. CEDCI workshops are highly interactive and personal to the people in the room. People may take notes. We may incorporate media into the workshop, but the best workshops happen as our team walks around the room, engages with your team, shares key principles, and listens to your team’s thoughts, questions, and feedback.
How do you incorporate Working Genius, iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram, and DISC in a workshop?
It’s not required to purchase any of these assessments for a CEDCI workshop, but most teams choose to engage with one or all of them as they provide a highly insightful view into your team. Team members take the selected assessment(s) at least on week before the workshop. Then our CEDCI team can incorporate training on the assessment and apply the findings to your team specifically. We’ve seen many teams gain new levels of communication, teamwork, and collaboration after they understand their teammates better through these assessments.

What if I want more training for my team following the workshop?
We have found that a workshop merely provides team with a foundation. True growth happens as teams engage with the material on a regular basis, and our CEDCI team would love to help you do this. This may look like additional workshops for your team or organizational coaching with a core group of leaders within your organization.
How much does organizational coaching cost?
The cost of organization coaching depends on the frequency and duration of coaching. We recommend engaging in organizational coaching for at least three months. The starting cost of organizational coaching is $200 per session.

Do I need to purchase an assessment to do coaching?
In short, starting with an assessment gives both you and your coach the opportunity to see your greatest areas of growth and reach this growth faster. That's why highly recommend starting with an assessment first. However, it is not required to start with an assessment to work with one of our coaches.

Do I or my team need to be Christian to work with CEDCI?
No, you don’t have to be Christian to work with CEDCI. We love working with individuals and teams of other faith. Here’s what you can expect from our team:
- Our team always gives upmost respect to you and your team, no matter your faith tradition.
- We believe each person is created in the Image of God and has a God-given gifting and God-given calling. Everything we do centers on these ideas and is core to our work.
- Our workshops will incorporate principles from the Bible—ideas that transcend the text and apply to your organization and team today.
- We always seek to handle conversations on faith or biblical principles in a way that creates safety for everyone. However, we have seen them transform teams no matter their beliefs and will continue to teach them for as long as they serve our clients.
